1988 Tollycraft EY440

This 1988 Tollycraft EY440 is a 44-foot displacement power yacht built on an Ed Monk-designed hull by EY Yachts in Victoria, BC. One of only four EY440s constructed and one of two remaining in the Pacific Northwest, she combines proven seaworthiness with custom quality craftsmanship. The vessel features twin Caterpillar 3208TA 375 HP diesel engines that have been completely rebuilt, along with an 8kW Onan generator for auxiliary power.

The interior includes a spacious main salon with L-shaped settee convertible to a hide-away bed, a well-equipped galley with modern appliances, two staterooms with two heads including a separate shower, and a fully equipped lower helm station. The flybridge offers excellent visibility with seating for four that converts to sun loungers and includes a Sony sound system and hinged radar arch.

The yacht features a comprehensive Raymarine electronics suite including MFDs, autopilot, and VHF. Deck systems include a Lofrans Tigress windlass with 20kg Lewmar plow anchor and 300 feet of chain, Bennett trim tabs, and high stainless steel rails. The foredeck is clean and functional with a covered cockpit featuring a transom door and extensive storage.
